I go out to eat lunch quite a bit and I’m often asked what my name is when I order. Most of the time the person behind the counter gets my name right, “Lance”. On occasion, however, they hear something different. Here’s a running list of my many names:

- Rants (my personal favorite)

75% of the time someone reads off my name from a formal document
toe-bee-ass.
It’d make a great rebus.

In Korea everyone would pronounce it “Tubby”, it just sounded righter in Korean. Mind you that was 20 years ago, no reason for it back then.
